"It has been a turbulent year so far. A dead dog, living together, a sick mother, a new puppy, financial stress, quarantines, restrictions and slowly feeling your mind flow out of your ears. Your heart starts beating faster and faster, you can no longer control your breathing, you can become dizzy or have blurred vision. It feels like your body can't take it anymore. That makes the fear even greater and you panic. You don't know what to do anymore. Is it possible to reverse this sad fate?
