The latest Video Power films are out and about.

The film is also part of the Festival Market in DokLeipzig, RIDM (Montreal, CA) and Winterthur Short Film Festival (CH). WTC A Love Story by Wouter De Raeve and Lietje Bauwens

WTC A Love Story by Wouter De Raeve and Lietje Bauwens is still enjoying a successful distribution trajectory. After its première in Visions du Réel (Nyon, CH), the film has been shown in other seven festivals and art platforms, it has published on DVD by Muntpunt in Brussels and has been included in the VOD library of the Belgian newspaper De Morgen.

Our newest films

Our most recent films are kicking off too. How To Make Kimchi (Or How To Be Korean) by Jonathan Lee will premiere in Antimatter, a video art festival in Victoria (CA) and Intiem En Anoniem by Michiel Ubels and Krista Smulders, Mijn Landbouwbelang by Frank van Valderen, Michiel Ubels, Levon Lois and Hans van Hezik and Het Ellendige Hebben We Achter Ons Gelaten by Levon Lois had an avant-premiere in Beholders Documentary Dialogues in Meierijstad (NL). We also have a new film in distribution: Precautionary Measure by Ika Schwander and Lizzy Deacon, the winners of our Open Call for Student Films, which will be premiering in London in January.

Dokleipzig & Idfa

After visiting DokLeipzig together with the Dutch artist and filmmaker Eline Kersten, our colleague Claudia Sánchez will be in Idfa together with Stéphanie Lagarde, who will be part of the Idfa Academy Program. The goal is not only to promote our films and broaden our network, but to help the filmmakers create a network for themselves and give them some agency in their own distribution trajectory.
